I have taken a project based on autonomous pallet and trolley detection for mobile robots

now we are struct at where to start with for learning as well as to finish our project . both of them know ros2 basics and another guy knows machine learning basics . can we pay attention and give a roadmap or guidance for us .

the amr need to detect the industrial pallet as well as industrial cage trolley and pick it any location in the map . using 3d lidar and rgb-d camera .

can you put down all the project requirements in a list and what are your final deliverables. we can suggest accordingly.
