We are using the Vecros Jetcore board. On the USB 3.0 port, we connected the ribbon cable (FFC to Type-A) that you provided. However, the ribbon cable appears to be USB 2.0 compatible only.
Currently, we are using Basler cameras, which require USB 3.0 compatibility. Because of this, the camera is not being detected on the Jetcore board.
Could you please let us know how we can resolve this issue? Do you have a USB 3.0 compatible FFC to Type-A ribbon cable available for this setup?

Can you try using that and reconfirm once?
Yeah, we have an FFC to C Type C connector, but it is also compatible with 2.0 only. See the electrical characteristics of the connector.

While I have brought them recently and tested it using type C it was showing USB3 for the one port as expected.
