2 Jetcore boards purchased are not powering on/ booting up. We have tried with the recommended power supply, but the issue still persists. Kindly give neccessary support to resolve the issue

Could you please check the voltage at the output of the power cable using a multimeter in DC voltage mode, without connecting the cable to the board?

Please share the measured value once you have checked.

Ya we have checked the voltage across the adapter’s wire.we tried with 12v and 19v adaptors.

Voltage through adaptors are showing respective volatges. While connecting the adaptor to boards and checking the voltage across the boards its showing 0 and 2.7 volatges.shared the videos and images for reference.
