Hi, I’m Vasudev Kesharwani, currently working as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the R&D division at Addverb Technologies, where I focus on the development and system integration of autonomous ground vehicles and industrial automation systems. My work includes architecture design, debugging, and configuring various embedded systems using PLCs, IPCs, industrial LiDARs, and motor drives. One of my key contributions has been on a barcode scanner-based industrial sorter named ā€œZIPPY,ā€ where I developed custom upper attachments for efficient parcel pick-and-drop operations.

Previously, during my internship at IIT Bombay, I worked on Air-Ground Robotic Collaboration, integrating a DJI drone with AGVs in a ROS-based simulation environment and implementing Velodyne 3D LiDAR for real-time perception. My contributions included ROS1-ROS2 bridging, simulation in Gazebo, and sensor fusion.

I’ve also built several robotics and embedded systems projects such as:
• An Automated Accident Detection System using ESP12F, IMU, and GPS/GSM modules, capable of real-time SMS alerts.
• A SpyBot with 360° video surveillance and wireless joystick control over the internet using ROS and OpenCV.
• A finalist project in the e-Yantra Robotics Challenge (AIR 5), where I developed an autonomous greenhouse robot capable of fruit detection and robotic manipulation using a UR5 arm and vision sensors.
• My early robotics project ā€œCHIKUā€, a versatile three-wheeled bot, was featured on Instructables.com.
